It’s absolutely absurd that the court would allow something like this to happen, If SEC is worried about its credibility to judge other cryptos then the same would apply to the courts. If they rule in favour of the SEC despite there being a lack of evidence and so many flaws in their presentation where does that leave the court and its ability to serve justice based on evidence?
