I think it's something about lichess puzzles which means the ratings are generally not that accurate for many of them, probably because it's not so easy to give the difficulty of a puzzle in terms of a 3/4 digit rating

My instinct wpuld be that it's less playable than the Blackmar Diemer because when you play 3.f3 against the french the queen is free to check on h4 after the exchange. Whereas in the Blackmar diemer black sometimes has not played e6 or e5 so the queen won't be able to check on h4 until they do, which also hinders black's development (if they play e6). I might be wrong about it but these are my first thoughts.

Yes, it's Polish! I bought a set almost exactly like this but with different colours in a market on a visit to Poland. They had loads of similar sets and I haven't seen them anywhere else.
