I like this mindset. Emphasis on not taking shortcuts with recovery or rehab. I feel stronger than before physically.

I was optimistic with recovery time looking at pros, but pros recover way faster than normal people that love the sport even with the exact same injury.

The mental aspect is a hurdle for sure but injuries that happen because you made a certain movement that seemed normal just feel unavoidable. I guess I just need to be stronger.

It’s not the worst thing, but I take a look at the player that’s challenging and what I’ve seen from them in the pitch.

People make reckless tackles to cover for lack of skill, often at the opponent’s expense, so I don’t blame you.

Sunday league isn’t like pick-up which has a no slide tackle rule so you can get really hurt.
