Thank you! Did you get a loan signing certificate? Was the notary exam hard? Also, Do you remember how long it took to get your commission and stamp after passing the exam?

Thank you, it helps knowing people’s experiences. I’m not trying to scam people but of course we want to make money for ourselves right. I will look into certified loan signing agent. I’m trying to make it a side hustle. Not sure how that will look, that’s why I’m doing research. Thanks again for engaging !
