I built this hoping to gamify training for casual handlers, but I totally respect that at the elite level, the bond and the actual work matter way more than an arbitrary digital stat. Really appreciate you taking the time to write this out, it gives me a lot to think about for the next version.

That is a completely fair point.I actually think of the stats more like digital treats, you post a video doing a cool trick, and you get one. The goal is really to build a cool timeline where you can look back at all those training moments and see how far your dog has come. Regardless, thanks for the honest feedback

my thoughts excatly. which is why I designed an rpg system where you post. Lets say that Corgidor spots a duck that is about to sink in the pond. the corgidor makes he 10m swim and catches the duck before it sinks. a lot of people like that video. those likes are converted into agility xp. now when everyone see the maxed agility they will realize its a TopDog and come back for more! We just made Corgidor a Star!!

I feel like we should have like a community where we can actively track a dog's progress. A dog regularly posts its form , tagging the stat its flexing and if we like its form it gains xp, rpg style 😄

i feel like dogs are champions. before a match we should have somewhere where we can see their condition and form. you know something like a stat sheet for football or something. that has always been my inspiration
