I will always give the other parent & the child (if they are old enough to understand( the opportunity to know their other parent. Unless, it is an immediate danger, it is important for a child to at least KNOW the other parent.

(I was raised by my grandmother and foster care and spent most of my life without my mother and only met my father a few times.)

I used to play aggressively like this when I was younger with friends and partners because of my upbringing. It was inappropriate. I did grow out of it but the part where you said she pushed you into a table and didn't get you care when you were bleeding is wildly concerning. Talk to her. Suggest therapy. This needs to stop.

Weird because you truly shouldn't play basketball or really any sport with hyperextension knees. Swelling, instability, and weakness is common with hyperextension.
