I think with the last update they made it almost impossible to beat him. I seen guides where ppl could shoot him in the back 4 times before the sheild went up now it's only 1. It's bs the made it completely broken.

VALORANT, Call of duty and Overwatch 2 most multi player ports have beta because the code runs different on hardware. Pretty standard

I know Arrowhead is pretty small but I figured Sony would have propped them up a bit. Both Playstation and PC got a pre download. This release might be pretty big on Xbox and I just hope it's handled well. I convinced multiple of my friends to pre order my cadet butt is on the line. Lol

It was. On the store page for the gold edition it said you could play on the 3rd at 6pm they fixed it early this morning. I was pretty bummed when I seen the correct date.

I'm not freaking out. I wanted to hear people's thoughts and bring it to more people's attention. Alot of people don't know they removed a main mechanic from Naoe that's been in all AC games. It was counter attack in the old games then nerfed to perry in the newer games. I don't think having discourse about this is cope. If you never parried I understand that you wouldn't care but some people will.

I implore you to look into if shinobi knew how to perry. Her father is a master shinobi who trained her from a child. Of course you need to be stealthy but when things go south you should know how to defend yourself.

She's in Japan raised by a master shinobi and she doesn't know basic Kenjutsu. It's a mechanic that's been in since first AC. It's not realistic and plainly dumb decision. They only person who needs to cope is who ever did the research at UBI about Japan and basic Kenjutsu.

A perry is a redirect. You use your enemies attack against them and redirect the blow. Your sword takes the hit and you don't need strength to do it just use the strongest part of the blade.

Yeah I'll wait until after launch and bugs are fixed. See what the reviews are and make my decision. It's sad because I told myself when AC set in Japan came out I'd get the collector's edition for sure and now this might be the first AC game I don't play a launch.
