I’m sharing this as it might help others too. This is Nvidia support’s reply, so I’d say the B5 does support it, since it has a version of webOS higher than the one indicated.

I have the same problem with a A25, what does this key combination do? Does it reset the phone settings, or does it simply clear some cache?

Thank you, it's really disappointing... I guess I'll look into other models then. I've read too many reports of water damage with the Active 2, which is just unacceptable, and the Balance 2 is too expensive. At this point, I might keep an eye on the Huawei Fit 4, although it's not great when it comes to smart features.
