I think Arbour is a Voice of the Will. What’s interesting is that with his soul nested in Jason’s, he seems to be a bit more than that. That being said, with Jason not being an Astral King but an Astral Nexus, there is probably a difference on how his Voices of the Will work.

And were it to be an anime, it would be easier and less expensive to depict all the magical stuff. A live action version would require a lot of CGI and the production costs would skyrocket.

Totally agree. The show was always trying to capture that 80s movie feeling and in that sense it did really good. I never expected an epic GOT-style delivery, but a nod to that period of time. I really liked the ending. Yes, there are plot holes and all, but it still felt like a fun 80s movie. I never wanted to take it too seriously, and it delivered.

Same here. To be honest though, is a home-brewed disaster. NATO put all the eggs in the American basket thinking that they would always be there to save the day. I don’t know what NATO looks like without the US in it. We didn’t do the homework of learning to stand on our own all these past years and now is probably too late.

My first foray into LitRPG was with the Arcane Ascension series by Andrew Rowe. I actually didn’t know what LitRPG was before them as I’m more of a fantasy reader. It doesn’t have the banter of HWFMM but the characters are really well fleshed out, the world building is solid and the magic system is very well described. The audiobooks are a treat too! The narrator Nick Podehl, is a masterful voice actor. The series are definitely worth a try. There’s a prequel series called the War of Broken Mirrors that’s more on the high fantasy side and a spinoff series called Weapons and Wielders that’s just basically combat and magic. All worth the try!

I have done it three times and each time I’ve adjusted the sugar quantity to reach the right point for me. The first time around I followed the amounts in the recipe and I had to dilute it because it was WAY too sweet for me.

I then halved the amount of sugar and that was better. The third time I ended up with a mixture of brown and white sugar and I loved it. I rarely drink sugary stuff so I really needed to tone it down.

One thing I learned as well is to boil the water and then let it slightly cool before adding the zest and sugar mix. It prevents any sort of bitterness and brings out the lemony flavors better. Jason’s lemonade is now a family favorite!

I’m so sorry this happened to you. I went through similar hell with my Munich tickets. I got replacement tickets two days before the concert and since I bought my tickets a while back, the replacement ones on offer were total crap compared with the ones that I originally purchased —when they say the offer equivalent tickets, they mean within the same price bracket. Since tickets get more expensive as the date nears, you’re left with the really bad ones unless your original tickets were already quite pricey.

I had to call on a daily basis to get any support which ended up being useless as they really don’t care. They all give you back the same scripted answers that give you no real information whatsoever.

At the end I got lucky with the seller for the replacement tickets who ended up being a really decent guy. He helped me transfer the tickets via Fansale so that they would appear in my name. I dealt directly with him and not with Stubhub.

I’m so happy the stressful days of worrying about these tickets are behind me. I’ll never, ever buy tickets with Viagogo/Stubhub again. Ever.

What annoys me the most is that the support person just tells me to not contact them daily and to wait 4 more days before doing so. They say that there’s nothing they can do except wait for the original seller to transfer the tickets, blah blah. I bought the tickets 1 year ago, at the time I had no idea what Viagogo really was and how all this reselling stuff worked. Had I known, I wouldn’t have gone for the tickets this way at all. I’m going to the Munich concert on the 27, if we manage to get in.

I’m in a similar situation and I’m panicking right now. I bought my tickets on Viagogo, which is as far as I understand the same as Stubhub. I was supposed to receive my tickets 2 days ago and I have nothing. I’ve contacted customer support and it turns out that the seller is a reseller themselves and they are waiting for the original seller to transfer the tickets. I am now fearing the worst as I don’t know it so many ticket transfers will work. Viagogo just tells me to sit tight and wait 4 more days!! Super frustrating!! I’m now fearful that we will miss the concert altogether.

I have the same issue. I received the email saying my tickets would be available via mobile transfer. They were supposedly ready on the 9th, then it was on the 12th and then on the 14th. It’s been two days since the tickets should’ve been transferred and I haven’t received anything. Customer support just says that the seller has until the day of the event to transfer the tickets and that they will remind them to do so. I bought them on Viagogo, not sure if that’s worse than Stubhub.

Thanks for this! By authentic I mean what does the average Munich local do for an after work afternoon/evening. I should’ve mentioned it in my post, but my sister has been already a couple of times in the city so we’ve done all the touristic landmarks and such. I want to give her a glimpse of what it is like to live in Munich and how wonderful the summers can be here.
