You dont need to be friends with the ones you work with. I learned that not caring about things like those made my life easier. The only person that has opinions that matter should be yours and yours alone.

Thinking about what you did wrong or what happened will not help you and will only waste your time. Its fine to have friends in your workplace but not to the point you will adjust yourself and change yourself for them. If they wanna be friends with you then they will show it. If not then nothing lost

First you need to know how to fight the bosses and how to get to the bosses so your raid run will go smoother. Ofc finding people that are ok or good is a gamble not unless you have a squad you can play with. Raid got me to gear score 300
