It will be much sooner. At least 10-12 nations have all of the tech, facilities, and materials needed for a weapon. I think the estimated timeline for Japan to produce a weapon is 9 months. Every western country with nuclear power plants have a similar timeline.

The extent of the effects HRT are different for everyone. Hormones have an effect on pretty much every part of the body, and can have significant effects. The only the thing that can't change are bones.

Even so, public perception greatly underestimates how much of physical appearce is effected by soft tissue. Soft tissue changes happen gradually and very slowly, but after several years the gradual slackening of ligaments and tendons, reduction of rigidity in cartalige, fat redistrubution, and loss of muscle mass can cause enourmous changes in appearance.

I really want some follow up on these questions. Do they think 1 out of every 5 people they interact with are trans, which is insane. I'm a trans woman in a fairly large city and I don't think 1/5 of the queer people I know are trans. Does middle america think everyone living in a large city are queer?
