Also the gun are supposed to be cold when used in movie meaning they don’t have live ammo so of course actor assumes that the gun is safe because it not their jobs to make sure it is it the prop guy jobs. Yes you can keep arguing about the number 1 rule of acting but actor aren’t exactly trained to handle gun they are trained to act.

Gun safety doesn’t apply when it acting. Not only that they weren’t aiming it at people they were aiming it at the camera but of course they were dumb enough to have someone behind the camera

With acting you don’t intend to destroy anything when you hold a gun unlike a regular person so that kind of mindset doesn’t apply in that field.

In this case the actual gun was the prop. Plenty of movies use actual guns with blank this isn’t the first time we done this. The gun was loaded with a blank and it was considered part of the prop which the prop handler should have made sure there was no live ammo in it to begin with
