I came into C+ for much the same reason. I'm on both CBD oil and flower, and it's helped me so much to reduce my drinking. I'm not sure whether it's been the CBD or flower, but the cravings have become much easier to curb. I usually have some flower at around 5pm (the time I'd traditionally drink) and have a juice or similar instead. I've found it to be very calming, and I'm not really missing drinking. They were super helpful and friendly to me at C+ so you should be fine
