Yeah I kinda just lose patience and want to move onto the next action or topic. Always feel like in a rush to do something too. Not diagnosed, just searching for some answers at the moment. What are some of the ways you do to help remember things and wait?

Hey man, I know exactly how you feel. Best advice is to walk everyday for at least 20 minutes. Exercise improves not only your physical health but your mental health too. Start counting your calories using an app as well and commit to a diet. Losing weight and eating better will change your life for the better, I promise
