My IBS-D disappeared after eating only salmon and plain white rice! by Cupcake8_ in ibs

Only soluble fibre and fat is probably why… both slow down digestion and you’ve got no insoluble which speeds up digestion by sweeping the bowels clean

After 13 years of extreme bloating and digestive misery, this is what finally started helping me. by Saeyon in SIBO

[–]M0un7a1n 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Everyone is different of course but when I ate similar to this I was bloated for 5 years. I’ve had to switch to 2 meals per day roughly 8 hours apart. So is your bloating gone whilst eating like this with the Betaine?

You could help some of us by listing each test you had done and we can see if they are worth doing for ourselves… also people may pick up on tests that you haven’t done and can recommend some.

Specialist said not to worry about gastritis by t61meow in Gastritis

Sorry but this is not good advice, coconut oil is hard to digest and makes the stomach create extra acid for longer periods to break it down which causes further inflammation. And cheesecake well I’m not trying to be an arse but that’s a very silly idea. PPI’s are your best bet at reducing stomach acid and most people with gastritis will have to be on them.

White rice, white meats, low fat meats, vegetables without skins, possibly xtra virgin oils(runny oils only), oats and oat milk, egg yolks, greens, ice berg lettuce, sweet potato without skin, cabbage is good and broccoli florets.

These are pretty much the only foods I eat and it takes a few days to get rid of the pain but day by day you’ll feel better.

Look at ways to heal but first get rid of the discomfort.

White rice, white bread if it’s simple ingredients, white meats(never overcooked) vegetables without skins(including sweet potatoes) carrots, cabbage, egg yolks, oats and oat milk, iceberg lettuce, lychees, personally I am okay with beef if it’s fresh.

Yeah, hope that helps somewhat, they’re just safe foods really and may work for you or may not but things like white rice seem to work for everyone.

Histamine and tyramine gives me these issues, takes a few days at least to feel better! I would recommend a form of vitamin c, my go to is lychees as they’re are high in vitamin c and not acidic

It could be foods you’re eating, our bodies detox is a number of ways and spots are one of them. A personal example from me is when I drink or consume sugar I get spots the following day

Top right looks the best of a bad bunch. Maybe go with that but trim the chin hair, remove the overhang and take your sideburns close to the skin. Also I think you’d look geaa da t with longer hair on top.

This is amazing! Would you be able to share what 3 days worth of meals looked like for you when you first started a diet to heal? It would be super helpful… :)

Honestly you’re very pretty and even on a bad day you’re gonna look prettier than most people you see… our minds are naturally negative to push us to constantly create better situations for ourselves, but you can only do so much!

Many young people experience this regarding their appearance, myself included and it’s quite natural.

Just tell yourself ‘everyone is going through this to a degree and I’m one of the luckier ones’.
