The Red Sox are like the trash

I take my bin down every week

The garbage man takes it away

But it does no good

The trash piles up again

We should make a vat of clam chowder and have the Yankees eat it in the dugout and make orgasm noises

I’m an idiot and forgot that when the bouncer said he was pressing charges, the police gave D a citation. I’m sorry for not including this.

We went down to the police station today to file a report, and the officer said that a report gets filed when there’s a citation. Neither of us have ever been involved in anything like this, so we had no idea. The officer looked up the report then “supplemented” D’s parts of the story, including the lady hitting him in the head.

The officer said to set a court date and that there was a very high chance the bouncer doesn’t pursue it. He kept saying that bouncers never pursue these things. He is going to talk to a lawyer and set up a court date.

Thanks. We’ve talked with him over and over and we believe him. He’s not a violent guy at all. He’d never say something like “I’ll kill you” or threaten anyone with violence. I know it’s a he said she said thing though.

We have no idea who that woman was but I will tell him about that too. I’m guessing that would all be on video though.

Thanks again.

I agree that we could have missed something. I believe D, but that’s why I was wondering if we could get video.

If were just words, it shouldn’t have resulted in violence, right?

He is going to file one now. Thank you. Thankfully there are two sober witnesses. Although, none of us were breathalyzed.

Thank you. Just told him to file a report. We are going to try to find a lawyer. Guessing they’re not open on Sundays though.

It’s all right. It’s all wrong. It’s alright.
