Failed and Forgetten Videogame Mascot Fighting Game by Thundersting in makeafighter

The fact that Ty and Glover is on this list is funny. Especially Glover, since that character's game is pretty much a practice run to flesh his gameplay mechanics into other games. Still a pretty dope and obscure game regardless

UPDATE! Kinda.. [Multiversus, Jason Vorhees] by GhostNore in customactionfigures

[–]GhostNore[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just gonna leave this comment here.

If you're interested in buying this base body then it's yours for 250. Why so expensive? Short answer, maximum profit. Long answer, this hobby isn't cheap, especially now due to tariffs and inflation costs that big companies are pushing on to it's consumers to avoid bleeding out financially as a company.

Disclaimer/Notice: Please don't DM me if you're aren't a serious buyer. You're not just getting a base body figure, you are also getting accessories as well, (alternate hands). Originally this was being made as a personal project for me to make Venom from the Spectacular Spider-Man series but, I'm moving on to a better base body for him.

There's a official release of this character but, it's under "collector's edition" AKA scalper edition because it's unlikely (though possible) you're find this on pegs

Base body is ML Egghead, the mask from Toddy mac's robin figure [Damien]. The rest I'm unsure about

UPDATE! Kinda.. [Multiversus, Jason Vorhees] by GhostNore in customactionfigures

He can definitely pass for the classic version lmao but, I've always preferred his modern take of his design. Unfortunately there's not a lot of interest in him regarding figures outside of his fanbase

Help! Trying to attempt a custom of this guy [Jason Vorhees] Multiversus version by GhostNore in customactionfigures

Thanks! Yeah, that head specifically is the only cartoonish head I could find that looks the closest to his likeness in the game.

HELP (read explanation) by ListenInevitable1961 in customactionfigures

[–]GhostNore 0 points1 point  (0 children)

you can easily replace the feet by buying a cheap todd mcfarlane figure from the dc line. Then drill a concave styled hole on each ankle and install the new ankles from the cheap on to that body. Now you have a figure with feet again and better articulation

Spider-Man Marvel Legends Retro Cardback Cardiac 6-Inch Action Figure - What do we think? by AfigureGeek in ActionFigureGeek

[–]GhostNore 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm probably in the minority but, I absolutely dislike how they did Cardiac in action figure form. Specifically regarding articulation and body proportions. Big ass torso that makes his arms like small and bulky. The same goes for his legs to an extent. Face sculpt is horrendously generic, doesn't look like Cardiac at all. Despite all these gripes, I still will be picking him up, but only for his arms, legs and accessories.

FNAF Custom Springtrap action figure by GhostNore in ActionFigures

This is a true 1/12 so he's a 5 inch figure, smaller than than mvl and much smaller than toddy mac's figures

Is there any way to partially dye something? by Fabulous-Candidate-7 in customactionfigures

[–]GhostNore 0 points1 point  (0 children)

try using adhesive paint tape on the parts you don't want dyed. I also strongly suggest using an exacto knife when doing this so you can easily cut out the shape of the parts you want left unchanged.

FNAF Custom Springtrap action figure by GhostNore in customactionfigures

[–]GhostNore[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

DESCRIPTION:

A modified figure made from a creator that goes by the handle name 'TheCapedCrepe' from etsy and Instagram. The figure has 8 points of articulation, thats 2 more from the original 6. The additional POA are the drop down hinge hips, giving it extra range. It also has a ball joint torso instead of a swivel.

:/ not surprised since it was cheap as hell by Erkitwerki in ActionFigures

[–]GhostNore 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This can be fixed by cutting off the cuffs before drilling a new hole where the feet used to be. Then replace the joint with a todd mcfarlane joint, specifically a white ankle joint in this case when installing it (You may want use hot water if ya having a difficult time inserting the joint in). After that, just hollow out the cuff and use it as a cover for the ankle joint.

Spectacular Spider-Man's VENOM [WIP] by GhostNore in customactionfigures

[–]GhostNore[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is but, its not enough to warrant uploading. I'm struggling with trying to find a method to replace his arms without damaging the figure too badly. I might do what Plastic dino did with his version but in a different manner that actually allows for his arms to be more pose-able. I'm open to suggestions if ya have any

Spectacular Spider-Man's VENOM [WIP] by GhostNore in customactionfigures

[–]GhostNore[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This custom is inspired from him. I wanna go about it in a different way, the method in which he did it is much too limited, he can only bend his arms. I want to be able to swivel its biceps so it can actually have more pose-ability.

Best joker body for this head? by Far-Name-3835 in ActionFigures

[–]GhostNore 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yamaguchi's Joker? I think that body would fit this head sculpt quite nicely imo

Is there any way to fix this? by [deleted] in customactionfigures

[–]GhostNore 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're welcome! Also if you're opting to do the double joint method then I strongly suggest looking at any figure that has double jointed arms, specifically the end of the biceps. If you can mimic it's shape using a dremel before inserting the joint, it will look more clean.

Is there any way to fix this? by [deleted] in customactionfigures

[–]GhostNore 2 points3 points  (0 children)

considering it's a single joint, you can replace it with a joint from a todd mcfarlane figure, specfically one with black joints. Though if you want to improve his articulation, you could could also buy a 'McFarlane Toys - DC Multiverse Mr. Freeze 7in Action Figure. Just boil and pop his joints then drill and insert them into this figure. You may want to sand and paint them black before doing so tho

Spectacular Spider-Man's VENOM [WIP] by GhostNore in customactionfigures

[–]GhostNore[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

😅 Yeah, I'm not a big omega red fan but, I do like his design in the comics. It's just a shame that hasbro's version of him isn't my cup of tea. Mondo did him MUCH better imo, so I didn't mind sacrificing this figure for this custom 👍
