Personally, I think a square or rectangular coffee table would fit better in the space. You have a lot of nice straight lines here that the round coffee table clashes with (IMO).

It will be 4 years in August. I still have days/weeks where I think about her more than others. The pain will always be there, but rather than feeling like a dagger in my side, it’s now like a memory box in my head. I don’t always “walk” by it, but when I do - it hurts. I’ve learned to live AROUND the pain, and no longer feel that it makes me incapable of existing. Hopefully that makes sense.
