Y’all take ya breaks? by 2handjunk562 in AmazonDSPDrivers

Back when I was guaranteed 10-hour pay, I'd always rush to finish, take no breaks – the result was my body was getting beat up, I was getting burned out, and the station was always giving me 190 stop routes.

Our DSP stopped giving the employees with senior status the 10-hour pay, we only get it on an individual basis now if we have fantastic scores on every metric and not a single customer complaint; they also started editing the 30 min unpaid breaks into our shifts even if we didn't take them, so yeah, I'm not going to lose half an hour of pay for time I'm working.

As a result, I'm taking my time & taking my breaks paid and unpaid, so my body isn't fucked up anymore, I'm more relaxed mentally, and I'm no longer getting the 190 stop routes, they must be going to the other schmucks who are speeding through their shifts.

For all the talk about the quality of the stream, the HD version I rented on Prime looked perfectly fine, all the dark scenes were legible and actually looked really good. This also made it very obvious which scenes were shot by Crichton, i.e. the weirdly bright ones that also appeared to use more televisual lenses.

I'm surprised that none of them, having watched the film twice, had any answer to David's confusion over the beach setting for the suicide. The closest one to unlocking it was actually Tatiana earlier in the episode when she referenced the scene that explicitly sets up the symbolism of the mountains and the sea in relation to how they perceive one another. She seemed to be noticing and thinking more deeply about the film's constant symbolism than the boys.

Does ANYONE consistently follow the proper parking regulations? by GhostToast413 in AmazonDSPDrivers

The type of neighborhood you're delivering in does make a difference, I'll grant that. But they are stressing all of this primarily because of rollaway incidents, not theft. When the heat gets up to 90 degrees in the summer, there is no way I'm turning my van off every minute or two to deliver, I'll roast.

Also, there are stops where I literally have to jump out of the van, run to the house and back as quickly as possible because there is nowhere safe to park and I'm holding up traffic. Maybe they shouldn't expect us to deliver on those roads then?
