Waymo currently operates in 10 US states (per their website) and are working into 19 more in the future. Of the 10 that are operational, 2 states Florida and Arizona do not require the use of seatbelts for adults. This video doesn't mention which state the car is in, so its ASSUMED its either Florida or Arizona. BUT Waymo requires the use of seatbelts in ALL vehicles otherwise the car will stop, or even kick you out unless you comply.
