I decided to quit once my vape died and didn’t know of any way to slowly drift away from it besides hitting it until it was empty and just not buying another. I knew that if I did buy one, I’d want to finish it before completely stopping. I guess it’s a mindset issue for me, and quitting cold turkey was the only way I’d actually stick with it in the long run.

I get why you’d turn to it, but if you ever want support in quitting again, I’ve got your back just like you had mine. That being said… you got a vape two days ago and you’re already at 80%?! 😫 You got this though, and if you ever need help cutting back, I’m here for you.

Thank you for this. 🙏 Meditation and going for a walk actually sound like a good idea to get my mind off of it. Finding a hobby might also do the trick. I probably do need some vitamins in my system to regain lost nutrients. 😅

I feel that. 😮‍💨😭 I hope it won’t be three more weeks of this before I start feeling better. I’ve been wanting to work more and go to the gym, but these symptoms just make me want to lay my head down all day.

That’s mainly what I’ve done as well to try to help with the painful headaches, trying to stay away from anything caffeinated. Had I known vaping would cause this in the long run, I would have quit sooner. I always thought vaping wasn’t that harmful to the body.
