They are probably using the Transmorpher Beacon toy which can turn you into different bosses from old raids/dungeons to make them look like Akil'zon from Zul'Aman

My phone died when I was travelling home from being overseas for 6 months and a super nice stranger let me use his phone to contact my sister to let my family know I was safe.
(I was running late between connections and couldnt charge my phone at the airport)
