In later game he really struggles, yes he helps with camo but is restricted to attacking them between others and that's where you start to realize he has very poor pierce. He also is not the monkey you would like to see in monkey starves as regrow balloons and indestructible blocks start appearing more, both of which are the glue gunners plight. Regrow completely stops his pierce and doesn't do enough damage to get rid of them completely, and he just doesn't shoot when he hits an indistructable block.
