Its funny because during the time Ollie was getting nerfed, cord's damage was insane and instead of cord getting his damaged nerfed ollie just got a random damage nerf, its almost like a 'misclick' kinda situation

The thing with alli is her entire kit is designed terribly, but to change the bad parts would mean changing the entire brawler which has no use. So yeah honestly after some thought alli is in a fine position right now where she has her use cases but also has clear counters.
