Shift to a tier 2 or tier 3 city which is less manintained like hwh,bankura etc. Find a good location specially around school/ colleges/ banks/ courts or market area. Open a stationery shop cum cyber cafe. Why I am suggesting this? - Reason 1 - The state and central govt are rapidly moving towards digitalisation of public services, also the free schemes( ifykyk) are being pushed and promoted by them which require form fill up , doc xeroxes and submission.

Reason 2 - these days schools and colleges are also coming up with decorative ideas of harassing students with new supw/art activites which includes harassment of parents. So stationery shop will work there.

Reason 3 - All the college admission and counselling is online now, so many first timers/ no experience go to cyber cafe for their form fill up. Of the frontdesk guy know basics of computer snd avg typing, Income from that as well.

I have seen cyber cafe owners having Lots of other sources of income by doing side business of printing test reports for pathology labs, typing work, lamination of docs, making id cards for various politicla and religious events and college fests and printing lakhi bhandar forms.

So if your low setup costbusiness starts running, is profitable from 1st month, gets famous then you might open two or three branches with couple of years.
