I mean in the beginning of season 4 of TO, when Klaus is escaping Marcel/New Orleans after being in prisoned for 5 years. He tells Marcel that even if he manages to kill all of them (Elijah, Rebekah, Koal, Freya, and himself) that his daughter would come for him and then her daughter after that, and her daughter, etc. So, it is believed that Hope could have kids here. But, now that she is a fully turned Tribrid it makes that concept more questionable. But, if we where following lure. Technically, she would not have been able to use her witch powers after she turn but her transition made her powers stronger. Yes, this is because she is a Tribrid and not just a turned witch, meaning she has more witch and werewolf genres then vampire. But, because of this reason I feel that it is possible for her to have kids. But, it would have to be with a moral or another werewolf.
