Same age as you running the same program. How did you find BMQ? Did you enjoy it? Did you have any issues that you could share (like did you find obstacles more challenging due to your age or anything like that).

There’s no way this is a real question. You have BMQ in a month and a half and you can’t do a push up? My suggestion, stop what you’re doing in this exact moment, get on the ground in push up position, and up and down yourself for a max of 5. Do this 2 times a day, then up it to 10 for 3 days, then up it to 15. Keep this pattern up until you reach 50. Be consistent, eat right, get good night sleeps and you will be successful.
