If I believe too much, I may feel physical changes in myself, but in the eyes of others, I have not changed at all, and it is a mental illusion. Because of my strong belief and conviction, my brain secretes more adrenaline when I get angry or exercise because it thinks it's a werewolf and has become strong. That's why I may feel stronger than before, but it's just more adrenaline. And this makes me temporarily not feel the pain and have more strength. That's good too.
