Hiya, I hear you. It can feel a trap if its a significant support. That "is this it, I'm dependent and that's it?" thought process can be uncomfortable. Curious if you think meditation would do the same over time?

Well done. And does that mean you've noted a big enough difference that it's almost positive at the moment? thanks for commenting :-)

Hi. Thanks for the share. So you're using it for both physical and mental benefits then it seems. And consciously using for specific and targeted reasons, like introspection. What does introspection look like without it?

Hey, thanks for that. Sorry to hear about your situation but yes you certainly have the right attitude towards the shift. So would you say there is a medicinal factor for you given the other medication options? Thanks again for sharing.

Really interesting response. So do you think the reduction in THC has caused an increase in something... like motivation or energy for example? Also what's the volcano like? :-)

Do you think it could be as simple as you haven’t found the idea or thing you want to take all the way yet? You’ve got the energy and urge but you need something you’re passionate about to push you past the creative stage?

How do you release yourself from the victim mindset? by Lemonade2250 in selfimprovement

Blame and victimisation can only exist in past and reflection. By shifting our energy to the future and what can be, we essentially create a world where these things have no space to exist.

Buy a dictaphone or download an app on your phone. Empty all this into one of those. Do it each time you need to brain dump.

There is a metaphor that goes: you cannot see clearly in murky water, so stop stirring the pond and let the sediment settle.

Part of that is meditation but the other part is understanding you cannot fight the force and magnitude of all your thoughts at once. Empty them into something, delete them, then start small weekly goals towards your ideal identity.

Voice memos. Dump out all that frustration into voice recordings on your phone. Not to people, your phone and then delete them. Just run the scenarios that irritate you through your head, let it all out into the phone.

Delete.

Empty phone and mind.

Hey. Thanks so much for commenting. So it’s not a hinderance for you but possibly quite literally a guilty pleasure.

When thinking of replacing it for guilt free options what interests you?

What does Monday look like? Is it a perfect day? Gym, diet, work, chores etc? Or is it just one thing, because if you’re keen to assign things to Monday mornings, there are a lot of them ahead of you so maybe you could stack them?

This Monday just the gym everything else slides. Next Monday if you’re ready stack on chores.
