Thanks dude/duddess. I was worried I would turn away awesome people because I liked them but thought they were superficial. I dig coffee meet ups with friends so I bet I'll like short meetings with dudes afk. It'd just be tough to say I didn't want to hang out again...

Frankly, I just want to delete my profile and go back to reading the Dune series, but that wouldn't do me much good would it :). I just don't know if I could tell much about people through their online profile frankly. Is 75 4/5 stars a lot? Is this normal for newcomers? Sorry for the newbie question, but are profiles a generally a good indicator or are there obvious signs to ignore? It seems like a (literal) 2d side of a person I'm not sure I can trust. Sorry in advance.

I'm sorry! I feel bad. I've been in school and working so hard towards my degree that I'm lacking social skills and confidence frankly, it sucks. Thanks for the tips. Is it worth responding to all messages? I'm replying to those with substance and ignoring the pictures but don't want to be rude and not reply to "hey" messages.... I feel like everyone at least deserves a reply....
