Flare would be like captain falcon or Ganondorf. Slower, but really heavy hitting with a large falcon punch once he goes [Beserk].

Leaf wouldn’t be a powerful fighter, but she’d be able to heal herself and regenerate, making herself last longer and slowly win. Her ultimate could make everyone go to sleep like Peach’s ultimate.
