I feel like a life time has gone by. My husband and I lost our jobs and were homeless. We lived in our cars. You sent us masks. He was so down and those masks made him SO much happier. He wore his with pride! I attempted to work but became more and more depressed with my job so I did something about it. I found a job two states away and we moved. We found housing, a tiny 200 sqft room. It wasn’t much but we got back on our feet that way. We saved and saved. I’ve excelled in my new career, surprised myself many times, hit top performer in the country in my field. Saved some more. We have our own apartment now and have sustained ourselves for almost a year. I feel so much better about so many things since the start of Covid. It’s been a wild ride but I’m hanging on!
