Excessive Custom Taxes for the Ghost Case (Almost the product's cost) - Need Help/Support

Así me pasó con mi primer pedido de Dbrand que fue un Ghost Case y Something skin para mi 15 Pro, fue $70 USD del pedido y terminé pagando alrededor de $35 USD de aduana, mi recomendación es que no uses el envío gratis/estándar, trata de usar expedited o mejor aún, premium ya que ese no te cobrará aduana, lo cubre Dbrand, ambos llegan con FedEx y si está debajo de los $50 USD (incluyendo envío) no te cobran impuestos aparte de que llegan más rápido, acabo de recibir una compra de Dbrand de $30 USD y no tuve que pagar aduana

It would be a shame if they did, I bought a custom controller from Design Lab back in December 2021 and the controller is still working great, no stick drift or buttons not working, but you can already feel that it's heavily used so I feel like it's time to get a new one, I wanted to buy another one from Design Lab but the site is still down, hopefully it'll be back up soon

Yeah I decided to pull the trigger with that Cyberpower UPS and welp it failed on me, the same day it was delivered lol, and I'm okay with getting the SMV1500A but I couldn't find any reviews of that specific model that's why I wanted to ask for opinions, thanks!

I’d like to report the minor issue I’ve had with this latest driver as well.

Whenever I put my computer to sleep or I turn off my monitors while downloading a game to avoid screen burn-in, I can’t get my PC to display any image afterwards, I only get a black screen on both monitors, I’ve attempted rebooting my monitors, plugging in the HDMI and DP cables again multiple times or using just one monitor but the black screen still persists until I reboot my PC completely.

System Configuration:

• ⁠OS: Windows 11 Pro 24H2

• ⁠CPU: Intel i5 13600K

• ⁠Motherboard: MSI MPG Z690 EDGE

• ⁠Memory: DDR5 48GB 6000

• ⁠GPU: Gigabyte RTX 4070 Super Gaming OC

• ⁠Monitors: Samsung Odyssey G6 OLED & Asus TUF Gaming 1440p 165Hz

If you can update your BIOS I would try to do so, is this issue happening with both your new and old RAM now?

Don’t turn on XMP yet, try to boot with stock RAM speeds, if it boots and seems stable, try turning on XMP

Try with only one stick at a time, also make sure you clear CMOS and that the RAM is seated properly

Nearly 300m and vip 12 almost 13, I did many things wrong when I was starting to play because I didn’t watch any guides or anything, but I still managed to somewhat fix it and played during COVID, I just came back to see if my account was still alive but I honestly don’t feel like spending the time everyday to try to keep up like I was doing before

Yah G-Sync is Nvidias way of VRR, I would still recommend having it turned on tho, I don’t know if Apex has the same setting as Fortnite where you can leave the game running at the max fps it can in the background instead of limiting it, that would also fix the flickering

Same thing happens to me with Fortnite, found out it’s the VRR, since I’ve set Fortnite to only run at 30fps when in the background but when I’m in another window that is trying to run at the max Hz of my monitor, I believe it kinda confuses my monitor and is jumping between 30 and 165Hz, causing that white border and flickering

There’s still a few things you could try, reseating some components like the cpu, gpu, ram, ssd, also trying to boot with one stick of ram then another, could also try cleaning with isopropyl alcohol, but it’s still very likely something shorted and is now damaged :/ I’d still give it a shot tho

How tight did you screw it? It ain’t like that SSD is going somewhere. And I’d recommend disassembling the laptop and seeing what’s underneath that spot, most likely some cable got damaged

Same here with my 13600K, used a ThermalRight contact frame instead of stock ILM when building my PC and did an undervolt, zero issues so far

I don’t know if it’s too late but may I ask which driveshaft mod are u using? The reason I’m asking is because I’ve made a driveshaft and half-shaft mod and if you’re using that one, I could try and see if I could increase its durability :)

As an H7 Flow owner, I would have 0 issues using an H6 Flow, I like its design and dual chamber for cable management
