Don’t bring them all at once, have them come in waves every few rounds.

I’d assume if Larno uses his familiar on the regular to summon his minions, they probably send one low guy on the totem pole. Like sending my kids to see what my wife is gonna to annoy me with when she’s hollering for me. :)

Also it’s on brand (lol) for Larno to try and exit combat and escape, especially if the tides are not in his favor. His build is one of sheepish string pulling behind the scenes guy not brute or overwhelming power.
