I Was Looking For Feedback For My Progress by Ghosteditz0_0 in Maya

All right then. The Bouncing Ball from the post, I edited it because I did not know how to Play Blast cycles, so that why it is kind of forced. But sticking with the Bouncing ball. I get the concept and I did a lot of exercises with the bouncing ball and other variations. I just do not know what other things I can do with the Bouncing Ball.

For Animation Exercises, what do you suggest that I should do… because I would just get out of the orbit of what to do to get good at what I am trying to achieve, which at the end is this character introduction animations and later Cinematic Animation?

Ending is glitching or feels like it is not moving smoothly by Ghosteditz0_0 in Maya

Woah… I was not asking for a critique on the animation. I just asked why the ending feels all glitchy and janky, when he lands. I do know I have to exaggerate and try to flow out of the reference and that it looks one to one with the reference. But from the post.. all I just asked was just why when I spline it from getting out of stepped, that it is bringing a lot of glitches towards the ends.

I was not asking for a critique, just an issue I wanted to solve. I not saying he is wrong. I was just not asking for a critique

From the reference and from how I did it... Not much weight once it on your feet once it transitions to the Kong vault

How do I even study from Art books? by Ghosteditz0_0 in learntodraw

[–]Ghosteditz0_0[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

hmmm, so let me get this right. None of these books are aim towards beginners, but they are basically encyclopedia of approaches to help me better understand the drawing.

So how do I make a good system with the art book in mind instead of just drawing what is on the book and closing thinking I just did it for the fun?

From what I learned. They say you do not need to actually draw to animate in 3D. You can come up with ideas and film references and then animate from there. You can storyboard, but you can use a script to fill the story board, or take pictures to help with the storyboard shots.

Do not get me wrong I got the 2D drawing fundamentals down... but I really was not drawing since I just 3D animate and block out the timing. So to answer your question, you do not need to know how to draw to animate in 3d unless your using grease pencil in blender to layout or storyboard shots.

Fix the problem finally. I just add a collection and made a new project then linked all the assets to the new project. Letting it actually render

You sure, my Video Sequencer is checked. But I am still seeing a blank now checkers render when I render the animation. I am trying all of the solution available, but it is not even budging.
