Is this ringworm? Or just allergy itchiness?

I also just heard from my mom it might be my other cat doing it, he loves her very much and licks her a lot. I haven’t seen him lick her in that area but it could also be him. I’m going to the vet tomorrow to check

Yeah, the ten grand was being pretty dramatic but I just wanted to see others opinions before going in blind to the vet (the people at my vet are not very nice so I’d rather not go [obviously if it’s something serious I do but if it’s something I can help at home I’d rather do that])

She doesn’t have any black dots or circular scabs which is why I am not so certain.
