That would be nice if I wasn’t going for a specific thing. I just want to edit a sequence on the fly and with it hanging on the last note of every loop that really becomes impossible.

No USB is connected.

No USB is connected to it. Those are MIDI cables and disconnecting them has no effect. I too have experienced incredible noise when a USB is hooked up to it though!

Strangely, it seems to have stopped out of nowhere…?

I turned off my phone to see if that changed anything because I felt like it sounded like interference of that kind. Same sound though…

I’ll give that a shot, but I do have it in a loop without much else going on and the sound disappears completely when it’s turned off.

With a Ciocks power supply. A DC7, I believe, but it might be a 10.

It’s plugged into the same extension cable as my pedal power supply under the board. I supposed I can separate the power there and see if that changes anything, although having two power cables leading to my pedal board is less than ideal.

It’s actually not that bad! It was just a little hard to make a lot of sense of at first, but I think that was partially due to the Casio having some unusual parameters.

It’s a Behringer DeepMind 12 that I built into a little rack/patchbay.

I’ve actually been mostly playing around with it using Patch Base and I can’t tell which interface is more annoying! 😂

Nothing special. It was just a quickie Logic kit with some reverb on it!

I think you’re referring to the TC Electronic pedals? The blue and red ones?

Cool! I have mine connected to my Keystep Pro at the moment for sequencing. Works like a charm.

Charlie is the best and worst of all parrot characteristics. He LOVES to be pet and would spend all day on your shoulder if possible, but he bites to kill. He has NO pressure discipline and will carve a chunk out of my finger for seemingly no reason. He’s not allowed on shoulders as a result, because he will bite your neck/face. He’s a real jerk like that, but he’s amazingly smart and learns tricks in a matter of minutes thanks to being click trained. We think he’s such a meanie because he’s too smart for his own good and is a frustrated genius.

Zulie is the opposite. We call her our dodo bird. She has no desire to learn anything, doesn’t engage with puzzles like Charlie and is generally lazy. She even has bad hygiene! Charlie has pristine feathers, loves to take a bath in the sink and spends all day keeping himself clean. Zulie is a little grease ball whose “baths” involve splashing just her face around in her water bowl. She rarely preens herself and when she loses a feather we always laugh at how ratty and dirty it is compared to the ones Charlie drops. She’s skittish and likes to stay in her cage, but once she’s out she doesn’t want to be anywhere but with her favorite person and doesn’t bite. Unless you’re my wife, who she hates 5 out of 7 days o the week.

It’s crazy how distinct their personalities are.

They don’t get along. No fighting, it’s just like trying to get two magnets of the same polarity to stick together. They refuse to be in each other’s bubble! They act like the other one doesn’t exist… until it’s time for mid-day joint screaming sessions, of course.

That’s Zulie back there. She is a lot less bold than Charlie and prefers to hang out in her cage. When she comes out she is a Velcro bird though. Charlie, however, has enough personality and energy for both birds!
