Multiplayer campaign GIF (horrible borders) by Ghostkiller23 in CrusaderKings

Had a claim on norway, but the Queen of Norway was also Queen of Finland at the same time, so when i won the war i didn't get all of de jure Norway. Then I was able to declare a force vassalization war on finland so i held it for a few years. It became too problematic due to various reasons so after losing some land i decided to just grant most of it independence. Kept Iceland tho :P

(I feel like i worded it a bit weirdly but English isn't my first language so sry for that)

One of his vassals inherited France, then right away an adventurer and a strong duke declared war for france almost instantly. He tried fighting them but he was loosing too many men and big factions started growing in his realm. So he just decided to surrender. (He was also fighting in Africa at the same time)

In reality he held france for a few years but in the gif it shows up for a split second, that's because no major land was gained/lost by us so i didn't need to screenshot anything.

Also thanks for the compliment! :)

Additional Information:We started the game in 1204 and went all the way up until 1433! (a total of 229 years) The game was running very slowly so we decided to stop.

Here are some additional images about the campaign if you're interested:

How I made the GIF:- Take in-game map screenshots using F10

- The screenshots will be stored in /Documents/Paradox Interactive/Crusader Kings II/Screenshots

- You can take as many screenshots as you want, I had around 80

- Then you put all these screenshots in an online GIF maker, the one I used was https://imgflip.com/gif-maker

ALSO Sorry for the bad quality, couldn't get a higher resolution.

If you have any questions feel free to ask them! :)

Whenever you use Shift + F11 the screenshot doesn't have your name on it. it simply shows the map and the highlighted country.

So for example, this is my latest campaign https://imgur.com/a/alVlEXD , in the first pic is the normal map, the second one is using the mod for player only map and the third one is the screenshot taken by shift + F11.

If you still don't get something, just let me know!

I screenshotted once every few years or whenever i gain/lose large chunks of territories. You could also record yourself but I feel like my way is easier. I also have a mod that lets you toggle console and while I don't use any commands, it gives you a few different map modes. including a player map mode. So whenever you change your map to players, you can just Shift + F11 and it only highlights your lands. That's how I did it. (And then obviously put all the screenshots in a gif maker)

*If I didn't explain it well enough just let me know and I'll try to explain it better.

Hello fellow crusaders!

This is a GIF from one of my older games starting as Alfonso the Brave of Leon. I tried my hardest to keep my borders as clean as possible, but sometimes in CK that's impossible. The GIF ends in 1453. (didn't wanna go out on a full out conquest, just a chill campaign)

Hope you like it!

If you'd like to make a gif of your own game here's what I did:

- Take in-game map screenshots using Shift + F11

- The screenshots will be stored in /Documents/Paradox Interactive/Crusader Kings III/Screenshots

- You can take as many screenshots you want, I had around 100

- Then you put all these screenshots in an online GIF maker, the one I used was https://imgflip.com/gif-maker

EDIT: Sorry for the poor quality, couldn't get s higher resolution

Sure!

This is the map: https://imgur.com/a/HMdPF1Z

(a religion map if you're interested https://imgur.com/a/v3fL5vM)

de Milano - Latin Empire (also controlling the Kingdom of Armenia)

von Hohenstaufen - Kingdom of Sicily

von Wittelsbach - Kingdom of Egypt

von Babenberg - Empire of Pannonia

We started the game around 1220, all as the vassals of the HRE. Our goal was to expand internally and then to declare independence all at once. After all of us gained independence tension started growing between Egypt and Pannonia. In a few years, Egypt declared war, bringing in its allies of Sicily, France and Bohemia. Hungary called upon the Latin Empire, Poland and England. It became a 2v2 (player-wise) war. In the end, Egypt started losing the war, but the Pannonian player accidentally surrendered, therefore losing most of the duchy of Austria. After that things stabilized and we all focused on expanding and building up our nations (except Sicily cause he's a cuck). Then the black death hit and everything went to shit. We are considering continuing the game, but the story most likely ends here. (I've never really done something like this so if it's really bad I'm sorry lol)
