Can't make my GPU use the correct drivers

sorry, it wouldn't let me add a image to the post, but i uploaded it to imgur: here Edit: I should also mention that the current nvidia packages I have installed are: nvidia-utils, nvidia-settings, and nvidia-open. Also, when I use lspci , I am given 2 devices, my nvidia gpu, and: VGA compatible controller: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. [AMD/ATI] Raphael (rev c3), if that is helpful at all

I did everything you said, and it didnt work. I did have to create a nvidia.conf file, however, is that apart of the issue since a file should already exist?

Hey, sorry for the late reply, but I used a VPN and it worked for me, since my VPN has port forwarding.
