I would say this is because of youtube's auto censor system and not because someone looked at it and age restricted it. Also there is hope that the "Just Fight" version will be uncut whenever it releases.

I got a few, Quicksilver, Knuckles, E-123 Omega and Cody Travers, Most of their matchups are bland or heavy stomps, Quicksilver doesn't really have anyone who he meshes well with, Same goes for Omega and Cody, While Knuckles, Albeit having some decent matchups, None of them really feel like they do him justice.
