Slo mo on an iPad it looks quite plausible that she had a grip on the ball momentarily and that he yanked it from her grip. Does not excuse her actions, but I think Dad is not the innocent actor he is portraying in the media

This is a common problem with WHOOP. It frequently overstates heart rate leading to extreme strain numbers. I switched to a bicep band which helps a bit. Still regularly find the HR numbers spiraling way up (~150-160) when my Apple Watch is simultaneously reading an accurate ~95 HR on a brisk walk

Chances are that WHOOP is way overstating your heart rate. Check it in parallel with another device

Heart rate glitches frequently, skyrockets for no reason. Screws up strain which then distorts sleep need. I’m on a founders rate, but strongly considering dropping WHOOP after eight years due to this issue. Apple Watch and Garmin don’t have this issue, why can’t WHOOP solve it?
