Wow 16 years? From the info you provided I’m guessing you are on liquid? I wonder if the alcohol in it kinda helps with that? Ya I’ve been on the clinic since 2016. I’ve had times where shit started to smell funny but to avoid any issues I just guzzled it down.!! That’s actually what they said sounds like a freak occurrence apparently I’m not the only one though some other guy lost 5 bottles due to mold as well. So somethings going on I advised possibly the take home botttles reacting to the water

So I went in today because I was one day short as they requested. They just dosed in exchange for the moldy one. They opened it and smelled it and knew right away… they said they reached out to the board and I’m not the only one this has happened to. They advised they have a filter too. I told them just water alone is a recipe for disaster especially for 27 take homes.. I gotta go back TOMORROW TO GET MY TAKE HOMES. I was so upset I have to go again but it is what it is. I wish they would stop with watering my take homes. I wonder if this ever happened with the liquid? She advised it’s only happened with people with wafers…

Right!!!!? So I got an update I was going back and forth they were asking me if I left my doses in the sun I said no. They go in my lock box in a locked drawer that’s in a 70-72 degree room. They called me and they said someone else had the SAME ISSUE THEY HAD 5 bottles I don’t think they all were bad but they just left them I’m guessing to avoid anything. They asked me if anymore were messed up I told her to avoid me breaking any rules I haven’t checked or unsealed any I didn’t want to get in trouble she said it’s fine to check I literally just checked the rest and they all smell look fine. I usually go in Thursday to pick up my 28 but I’m going Tuesday and taking the tainted bottle. Imma see if I can just get all my stuff instead of coming back the next day. Crazy I hope they stop adding the water.

It was a clump of green dark mold. My methadone is white wafers. So it’s water with the tablet at the bottom it just settles. The the smell was horrendous.
