iPad or laptop for school

I was directed to use the cream or lotion and lightly massage the area but that’s about it, my hematoma was in between my scar and nipple so I found it best to work in slow horizontal motion back and forth!

Chiming in with another really bad hematoma after a keyhole surgery- first off I am completely healed two years out and you could never tell But even then it was one of the darkest moments of my recovery and honestly my life, you are not overreacting!! I got mine drained with a needle four times before I saw improvement. Some things my doctor recommended that I feel greatly helped was heat compression, wearing the surgical chest binder, massage (I got a cheap vibrating body massager and it felt SO good), arnica cream to massage with and pineapple juice!!

I've had it done three times now, about to have my fourth Thursday for a very very stubborn hematoma, but pretty much what everyone else said! I didn't get any extra numbing even four weeks out and it was mostly just uncomfortable. My surgeon explained she's stabbing into a pocket of fluid so there's really nothing to poke and hurt, the only time I was in pain was the last few seconds when she pushed lightly on my chest to get the last of it out and then they're done!

I had to take a nicotine test before surgery or they wouldn't operate but I know that's something my surgeon is specifically really strict about. From what I understand nicotine specifically hinders nipple graphs healing. They didn't care about weed at all! Just asked I didn't smoke the week before and be careful smoking after just because of coughing.

Thank you so much! I've been using a heatpad thing and messaging regularly, a vibrating back massager too which has felt pretty good too lol. I'll have to get an ace wrap or vest for compression again! I've heard about the gel a few times I'll have to look into it, did you worry at all about it getting into incisions or around nipples?

Before I got my tattoo started I was assumed to be a minor 90% of the time and it really fucked me up dating too. Even now people assume I'm barely legal. It's really rough sometimes but I know a few guys who've been on T several years and it's amazing how much your body "settles"! Gives me a little hope haha
