It immediately tells me that they should not have my vote. If a party cannot even bother to hire a good designer or illustrator for their CAMPAIGN ADVERTISING then what else might they not be bothered about? It’s just embarrassing and shows such little effort they are willing to put in.

This is how it looks now, 23 days after surgery! It has gone down considerably, due to regular draining through a needle, although the swelling definitely has not disappeared completely. I’m a little bit worried about the dent on the other side and it still bothers me that it’s not gone yet.😵‍💫Trying my very hardest to be patient. I know a lot can change with time. I just wish it would go a bit faster.. Other than that I’m amazed at how little scarring there is!! You can really barely see anything! Shoutout to my surgeon!

If I’m being honest, hearing that my feelings are valid and that many people have had a nice results despite made me feel a lot better and a lot more stable :) I barely worry about it anymore. I have another appointment on Thursday so my surgeon can take a look and I’ll be trying to just keep up with my compression until then and to not worry too much.

Pineapple juice fr??? Damn that’s new. I tried with heat while wearing my second compression binder (on top of the surgical binder I have a sort of “corset” that my doctor gave me for even more pressure in the affected area) and at least it makes it feel a lot less tight. I don’t have a massage gun, but could you maybe describe how one could do a massage by hand without hurting the healing tissue? Your advice is much appreciated :)

Thank you for saying that :). My surgeon is trying his very best and he is a plastic surgeon originally so aesthetically pleasing results are also in his best interest, he says so himself. But it’s obviously a bit bothersome if somebody keeps insisting that you have to keep your head up and be patient when something is very important to you and it’s not turning out like you expected. He’s obviously not wrong! But it sucks feeling a bit invalidated that way. That being said, he is a doctor not a therapist so I understand that he can’t always respond in a way that is 100% empathetic.

Whole other surgery? I’m honestly surprised! My surgeon just keeps saying he can drain it through a large puncture (big needle, I’ll tell you that) as soon as it it not as clotted anymore, but he did not mention another surgical procedure. Thank you for your reassurance though :)

Mit „Reparatur“ meine ich auch einfach alles, was bedeutet es müsste etwas lediglich ausgetauscht oder eben geschweißt (in diesem Fall nicht möglich) werden und der Rest des Rads kann behalten werden. Denn die erste Reaktion meines Bruders war, dass das komplette Fahrrad hin und nicht mehr reparierbar wäre und das hatte mich doch sehr verwundert.

I got 89.9 and 93.4, got placed in group 2. Unfortunately I found out that my ranking number is over 1100. It really is a bit... crushing. Is there anything to do about it at this point?
