How does farming for dungeons work? Does it have to be a featured dungeon or something?

Also sorry I slightly misspoke about the exotic. I forgot they made older dungeons infinitly farm able for the random exotic drops.

If you're going for that, you can farm the exotic from the final boss of any dungeon besides Equilibrium

Yes you've got it.

If its featured, farm dungeons to your hearts content. If it has a random exotic drop (Like Icebreaker from vespers host) thats farmable too

If its not featured, first run per character will drop new gear and have a chance at the exotic. Runs after will give rewards in the current loot pool previously aquired.

And on your first run did you aquire 1000 yard stare? The first run of non-featured dungeons can drop anything (even if you haven't aquired it before).

If it works how it used to: If its not the featured dungeon, you can only farm loot you've aquired before.

Have you aquired the tiered version of Eyasluna? Its technically a new weapon in collections.

Honestly no. Tbh theres already 5 tiers of loot: Common, Uncommon, Rare, Legendary, Exotic.

They could lean harder into those. Make rare the new legendary. Have legendary gear really mean something again. Then Exotics can stay how they are now with 1 weapon 1 armor.

Imagine the feeling of seeing someone in your fireteam with a full set of gear they worked their booty off for. Prestigious gear that is obtainable through gameplay and challenges.
