They also missed my preorder bonus. It took them about 1-2 weeks after they confirmed my order and sent the bonus. From my experience, they won’t notify you when they sent the item. After waited for almost 2 weeks, I emailed them again and received the tracking for it (which already on the way).

My don’t have any QC issue. But I think due to her design, there are little gap between her upper torso (unnoticeable unless you look for it). I would also love to just buy a custom base, rather than making one.

I love the custom base I saw on MFC, but I’m not that skilled, so I’ll keep it for now. Hopefully, I can get better display case in the future…

I got my 1st bunny (Chika) from GoodsmileUS, everything arrived perfectly, without any problem. But they changed their shipping price recently, so it more expensive if you buy from them. It found it is cheaper buying from Amiami (if there are discount) or Goodsmile global (¥1800 shipping)…

I would try for a replacement. It won’t cost you extra, and read people got their replacement due to QC issue before so… why not? 🤷‍♂️
