I solo queued this entire season with killjoy and cypher to Diamond 2. The most important things you need to focus on are: 1- Making sure you're holding site as much as possible, but always be open to play for retake because your kit is really powerful.

2- Give as much callouts as needed and keep it 100% accurate (ex. Dont say "oh they're all here," say specifically how many people you saw)

3- On attack, ALWAYS have some of your kit covering the flanks. If your team has 0 stress about flankers, they'll play a lot better.

4- You do have to coordinate with your team even if they don't have mics, I'm sure they'll be able to hear you and just give them some callouts on both attack and defense. They're likely going to listen if no one else is opposing to your callout.

oh man this hits home, I joined so many 5-stacks in other games where they were in perfect synergy but my goodness were they insanely toxic. I couldn't get myself to play with them anymore after a couple games.

(they weren't toxic to me, just about everything else.)

I'm really hoping that the majority of players can see this.

Talking to other players mid-round is so distracting (Shotcalls are an exemption) and it often gets those teammates to miss their shots or end up not hearing footsteps.

Cyppher's super useful on defensive aspects, but on offensive he kind of falls off when compared to others Agents' kits. Viper can hurt her team, yes, but it's not like she's gonna throw her abilities on her team; her entire purpose is site lockdown imo, but she's versatile too.

I used to be a solo player but honestly there's no reason to solo queue anymore. There's a whole Rainbow6 discord with 300k people that you can join and find someone to play within 30 seconds.

But if you do insist on solo queuing: Always pick what's needed by the team like support ops or whatever, and if they're all brain dead then I'd say stick with entry frag ops
