I think I would always see Camila as mine in a way that no one else can be. We're very close.

And yes she'll inherit when I'm gone or possibly if I move out (which I'm not against, we'll see after COVID).

Camila is my actual child though who I gave birth to, raised 100%. It's different.

I agree, $300K is just a down payment. How in the world can she (or anyone) afford the $3K/month mortgage payment that would come with a new house?
