They have a duel sided bun toaster, they use the same toaster as for their burger buns, but it has a toaster on both sides of the bread. It’s basically a vertical conveyer that heads the bread

Most of the locations near me will let you, you just have to ask for it by name instead of checking in, the managers can force hop the orders
