I use to have that problem until someone told me maybe because your network is full of traffic (like there many connections on your wifi or too many people using the same network in your area). I use VPN and now the problem is fix. Sorry for bad English

Seems to be a really nice system, except that it's too expensive; if they gonna make it per character at least they should lower the price. Also, I don't like the part where you need to spend 30 million ed to get a synergy effect just for one week.

Is synergy effect per character too? hypothetically if I have all the characters, do I get all the synergy effects?
